Is there a contract required?
No, there is no contract. This is a month-to-month service that has to be canceled within 24-hours of the service day.
Do you take any holidays or vacations?
The DoDo Crew observes the following holidays: New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and the 4th of July. As for vacations, you will never miss your weekly service due to an employee vacation. We may just have to change days around depending on employee availability.
Is this a year-round service?
Yes. We here at The DoDo Crew work year-round for our clients!
How about bad weather?
No matter the weather, no matter the season – we will always be available to clean your yard! Of course, if there is a “state of emergency” we might have to postpone your clean. Safety does come first, after all.
Can my dogs be outside when you come to clean my yard?
As long as your dog is friendly and won’t attack us, it won’t be an issue with us! If you’re dog is aggressive towards strangers, we would appreciate it if the dog could be let inside while we clean the yard.
How do payments work?
We only accept cash or check, as of now. Cash is the easiest of the two options that we offer, but checks are accepted. All returned checks are subject to a $20.00 fee. Payments are collected on the first of every month.
What do you do with the dog waste?
After we are done cleaning your yard, we either bag it up and put it in your garbage or we take it with us and dispose of it ourself. There are two separate price plans (<– click there) depending on whether you want us to leave it or take it with us!
